    I have a diversified background that allows me to work with a wide range of clients. I'm the founder and owner of Team Speed Fitness LLC. I have been a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Professor at Rutgers University. Currently I am National Accounts Manager for Team Sports at Polar USA: http://www.polar.com/us-en I have 15 years of training experience, and hold advanced degrees and certifications in the field of exercise science. My clientele range from collegiate athletes to those with medical concerns. I've been a contributor to Men's Fitness Magazine and a coauthor on research studies dealing with antioxidant supplementation and overtraining. I am a bariatric patient and started working with Dave when I was over 300 pounds and wanted to get healthier to minimize the risks of surgery.
