I am the type of trainer who convinces you to hit the treadmill when it's rainy outside and urges you to kick out that extra push-up when you think you don't have another one in you. I am responsive and able to adjust and adapt to your specific needs. I believe that each client has the potential for greatness, and I am here to help you discover that potential.
I specialize in endurance event training (think 5K up to marathon or triathlon!) but have experience working with all sorts of folks, from new mommies to seniors to competitive athletes and everything in between.
