About nathan

I like to play many games, including soccer, baseball, volleyball, basketball, hockey, rugby, racquetball, tennis, and my favorite sport of all, Australian Rules football. I also love to lift weights, kayak, and ride my bike. I became a personal trainer to help people get in better shape. I’ve learned many things in the last couple of years. I believe in variety when it comes to training from yoga to complexes to medicine balls and kettlebells. I like to have fun in my workouts and I hope my clients also have fun in there workouts. Exercise should be fun and not a chore. I look forward to my training sessions and hope I can get you to be as excited about exercise as I am. Hopefully you and I will both get into the best shape of our lives soon.
