Overweight as a teenager, I got my start in fitness through soccer. I picked the sport because soccer players are some of the most fit athletes. As I progressed through the ranks of the sport, I became hooked on the benefits of exercise & nutrition. No longer playing, I continue to lead the lifestyle with cardio, nutrition, & weight training. I found myself giving people advice & enjoyed helping them maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a certified fitness trainer & sport-specific trainer, I continue on the path of providing guidance to people who want to lead a healthier lifestyle. Whether it is helping the average person, an athlete of any level, or adaptive fitness, I try to provide a fun, non-intimidating approach with care & support. I also enjoy helping athletes in all sports with innovative exercises to enhance his or her particular sport. I also like motivating individuals to overcome obstacles, as I did. Everyone has dedication, desire, & discipline you just have to achieve it.
