About Rachel

My name is Rachel Crane. I have a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from California University of Pennsylvania. I also hold certifications through the NSCA and NASM. I have been in the health and fitness industry for 11 years and really enjoy helping others reach their highest level of fitness. I have worked with athletes, seniors, post rehabilitation, and moms who want to lose those baby pounds. My training routines are challenging and emphasize balance, strength, flexibility, and core to ensure that clients get a great workout along with preventing injury at the same time.
