About Nicole

I have 16 years experience in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have a BS in Sports and Recreation Management and certifications through the following organizations: A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise), N.A.S.M (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and A.C.S.M. (American College of Sports Medicine) I am also a member of IDEA. I’ve worked as a group fitness coordinator, a training educator for the YMCA of the Pikes Peak region, and a spokesperson for SPRI products at local events. In addition, I have helped organize 5K runs, triathlons, and health fairs. In addition to current CPR and First Aid certifications, health and fitness related workshops and conferences, my training background includes: Pilates Matwork, Yoga, B.O.S.U., Spinning, Pre/Postnatal, Weight Management, and FitBalls. My clientele include both men and women of all ages. As a trainer I work to provide resources and tools that encourage, motivate, and change lifestyles!
