About Linda
I am an athlete at heart who began competing in sports at age 6. Sports and competition allowed me to gain self-confidence and a feeling of being a part of something bigger than myself that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise.
I started personal training when I was 21 and I felt a strong connection to my clients and wanted them always to feel like they had someone on their side who wanted to see them achieve their goals. To this end, I went back to college in my late 20's and earned a BS in Athletic Training from CSUN. Earning this degree and increasing my knowledge of the body gave me significantly more tools for my "trainer tool box." I am now qualified to work with all different types of clients; from athletes to post surgery rehab patients.
Equally as important as the academic knowledge I've gained over the years is the practical knowledge I've acquired from working with a vast array of clients over the past 19 years. I feel qualified to help clients with varying goals.
