Do it once, keep it forever! As a Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, with a Bachelor degree in Health Science. I’ve trained clients from all walks of life, with many different goals. But they have one thing in common- the desire to be better. That desire is something I use as your trainer to build on. My mission is to show you the role that healthy choices play in your training. I know that every personal goal is different, and that yours holds a specific meaning to you, that’s why I strive to continually develop your program so that it is always driving you to a healthier, stronger, more capable version of you. The programs I design are custom, to you as an individual, so that your goals are met in a way that is enjoyable to you. I want you to enjoy fitness, so that you will stick with it and reach those goals you set for yourself. Being fit doesn’t have to be “just a dream”. I’ll show you how to make it your reality.
