    I KNOW MY STUFF! I am American College of Sports Medicine certified, and graduating summa cum laude in May with my bachelor's degree in Exercise Sciece. I've been an athlete since I can remember, and last pitched for the College of Charleston Fastpitch Softball team in South Carolina. I'm a new mother to my precious son Ty. Because my softball days are over, I decided to use my hard working, determined, passionate energy and train others. Exercise, wellness, sports performance, and body image is not just a hobby of mine--it is my LIFE! I'm dedicated to helping others get the results they are looking for. I know from experience that if you look good, you feel great, and I'm passionate about helping others reap the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.   • At 39 weeks pregnant (the day I delivered), I had gained a total of 35 pounds. Throughout my pregnancy I had felt depressed, and often thought I was never going to get my "old body" back again. I just new I was going to have cellulite that refused to disappear, flabby arms and legs, and worst of all, I feared I would still look like I was 3 months pregnant. As soon as my doctor cleared me for exercise, I diligently planned out my own fitness program. Before I knew it, I was receiving compliments from complete strangers in the grocery story. It took 8 weeks before I was brave enough to take that postnatal picture. It's real--you can still see my linea nigra I had when I was pregnant. I felt so great about the way I looked after I had my baby that I immediately wanted to share my story and my fitness plan with others! Not only did I lose the 35 pounds (as pictured), but I have never felt better about my body! You can get your body and your confidence back with a little guidance from me!
