About Jocelyn

I have been a dancer and an athlete since I was young. Keeping fit is a very important part of my life. My profession involves helping people to attain optimum health in order to enjoy life to its fullest. I practiced and taught ballet until I was 23. Then progressed to Artistic gymnastics and performed at the Royal Albert Hall. Following this I played amateur Squash in England and participated in Competition Ballroom dancing. I taught exercise classes, swimming, weight training to all ages. Now I work with yoga exercise, Tai Qi and Qi Gong, gentle movement for flexibility and strength training for postural correction. I focus on the health benefits of the exercises and design specific training for individual health needs. Age is NOT a barrier to fitness and well-being. We can improve the quality of our lives through movement and good nutrition. I believe that it is never too late to start taking care of yourself.
