I have 6 years of experience as a personal trainer and really enjoy helping people achieve their fitness goals. Exercise should be fun, motivating, and something people look forward to doing. My love of exercise began with my training in classical ballet. Now I enjoy Bikram Yoga, cardio, aerobics, and weights. I also participate in competitive yoga.
