    The moment I picked up my first dumbbell when I was 18, my life changed forever. Growing up as a skinny kid, I have always dreamed of looking like the super heroes I watched on TV. I studied everything about fitness that I could get my hands on. As my body grew, I noticed a change. I realized that as my body changed on the outside, I also changed on the inside. When you have a healthy body, you will also gain a healthy mind. That's why I believe that training is about a mind and body connection. If you have focused on improving one area of your life (the physical), then it will carry over to other areas of your life (mental, emotional, spiritual). Since then I've had the wonderful pleasure of has helping many people change their lives and look forward to changing yours!
