About Craig

I am a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I received my degree in Exercise Biology from Wright State University. I have been a personal trainer for 4 years with previous experience as an athlete in baseball, basketball, and soccer. I am also a Wellness Specialist for an assisted living facility. My goal and philosophy as a trainer is to show my clients that they can do things they didn't think were possible. Through this philosophy, I educate clients in order to make them comfortable and knowledgeable in their workout routine. I expect clients to work hard and prove their dedication to themselves and be accountable for their development. A trainer can give you a workout, but it is you the client that performs the workout. I can help you lose weight, get strong, build muscle, and most importantly develop a healthy lifestyle. I will make sure that my clients get the best workout and advice they possibly can.
