    Hi there! My name is Cortney and I love the outdoors, spending time with family, hanging out with friends, and helping people learn to make positive lifestyle changes for their health and wellness. I have been an athlete for as long as I can remember. When I was entering college a knee injury caused me to gain a considerable amount of weight. I know what it is like to be fit, but I also know what it is like to be overweight and unable to do everyday activities because of it. I am passionate about helping you reach your health and wellness goals. I want nothing more than to see you succeed and be able to feel great and look amazing.   • Christy Age:25 Starting Weight: 138 Current Weight: 127 Christy was a bride to be with a desire to have a completely toned body for her wedding day. She had 5 months to build muscle and lower her body fat percentage to lean out her muscles. Christy was already a runner, but she never incorporated weight training into the mix of her fitness routine. I designed a program that incorporated high intensity circuit training and combination bodyweight exercises. Christy's strength training workouts were done 3 days a week and she incorporated 3 days of cardio training into the mix to maximize her results. Christy was able to lose 11 lbs and build lean muscle which lowered her body fat percentage. Through her training she has been able to keep the weight off and incorporate many of the exercises into her own daily fitness routines.
  • Misty: Age 32 Starting weight: 185 Current weight: 155 Misty was determined to lose 30lbs before her second trip to Mexico in the summer of 2010. She already had some muscle tone and had the desire and drive to reach her goals so I designed a program that incorporated low weight/high repetition exercises, circuit training, and body weight exercises. Misty's program consisted of a 3 day a week strength training program that incorporated 2 separate days of at least 30-45 minutes of cardio training. Through this training she was able to meet and exceed her goals and has maintained her weight even after finishing her training program.
