First off, you should know that I love what I do. I’m a passionate personal trainer with a genuine interest in helping people achieve their fitness goals. I am committed to my clients and their goals whether it’s training inside or outside of the gym. I strive for excellence, consideration, motivation, innovation and fun. I’m a huge advocate of training with quality over quantity and renounce the drill-sergeant approach. I train my clients as safely and effectively as possible to help them reach their fitness goals within a sensible period of time. It's also important for you to know that I always assess each client's level of health, fitness, and nutrition before I train them. This allows me to design personalized fitness routines and nutrition plans that I can use to train and educate my clients for long-term success!
