About Anita

The best way to predict the future is to invest in it. Investing in my health is something I had to learn on my own. It takes research, time and hard work. As an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer since 2006, I have experienced clients that have fitness challenges from weight-loss to athletic progress. My personal experience continues to help my clients succeed. As a mother of two children I struggled with weight gain during pregnancy, hypothyroidism and genetic obesity. I know what it takes to crush negative obstacles and reach your goals. My training style is anchored in your daily routine. Creating a fitness regimen that works with your equipment, environment, family and work. Training and nutrition are two components that must come together in every individual’s daily routine to help maintain focus on their fitness goals. As your trainer, I will help you crush your obstacles, create detours, and lay down new paths to create a healthy daily routine for your future active lifestyle.
