About Amy

I have a B.S. in Kinesiology and worked for the YMCA in Dallas for 15 years as a Fitness Coordinator and Wellness Director. The YMCA holds a special place in my heart. It was my second family... I met a lot of good people there and made some life long friends who helped mold me into the person I am today. My passion for health and wellness is very strong and I want to share that with others by helping people to lead a healthier lifestyle and have a better quality of life. By changing your eating habits and incorporating exercise into your daily lives, you can live a longer and happier life. I will help you feel good about yourself and see benefits not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. This will be a positive change that will impact your life as well as the people around you that mean the most to you and want you to succeed and be happy and healthy.
