Hi, I'm Portia Page. I am a Master Pilates Trainer and Faculty Member for Balanced Body University. I train and certify people to become Pilates instructors in the US, SE Asia & Micronesia and am a Pilates and fitness trainer in Southern California. I have been teaching all types of fitness since 1992 and have traveled the world helping people reach their fitness and personal goals. Whether your goal is to run a marathon, or you are coming back into the fitness world after injuring yourself, or you are a weekend warrior looking for that additional "edge", or you are just starting to exercise, or even if you want to maintain our current fitness level...I can help you! Now, I specialize in mind body classes and private sessions that focus on posture, core strength & general well being. About Me:
I am currently pursuing my masters In Nutritional Science at California State University, Los Angeles. My goal is to become a registered Dietitian so I can combine diet and exercise to better aid my clients to live a healthier lifestyle and achieve their personal goal. While taking classes and working on my dietetic internship I work as a personal trainer at Muscles For Me, a private fitness facility in Torrance, Ca.
I learned from an early age that activity is an important aspect to living a healthy life. However, the teams I belonged to in gymnastics, soccer, volleyball, and softball taught me that whatever form of activity we do partake in it is important that we enjoy it! About Me:
Anthony started personal training way back in college. For almost 18 years he's held numerous trainer certifications, worked in various settings including health clubs, one-on-one personal training studios, and in college settings with NCAA Div. I and II teams and professional athletes. He has trained in health clubs, studios and in his own home as well as clients' homes. He wrote a book on health and fitness as well as several articles. He's coordinated and ran a 46000+ sq. ft. full service health club to directing a much smaller cardiac rehabilitation unit and has taught personal trainer certification courses and oversaw college internships. But through all this he feels as though he's kept a level head and remained humbly down to earth and passionate about the field, his clients and their goals. He strives to continue to help others achieve happiness through the successful pursuit of their health and fitness goals and looks forward to hearing from you!
