Hi, I'm Portia Page. I am a Master Pilates Trainer and Faculty Member for Balanced Body University. I train and certify people to become Pilates instructors in the US, SE Asia & Micronesia and am a Pilates and fitness trainer in Southern California. I have been teaching all types of fitness since 1992 and have traveled the world helping people reach their fitness and personal goals. Whether your goal is to run a marathon, or you are coming back into the fitness world after injuring yourself, or you are a weekend warrior looking for that additional "edge", or you are just starting to exercise, or even if you want to maintain our current fitness level...I can help you! About Me:
I started exercising at an early age when I began gymnastics training. I continued with gymnastics into college. Athletics became an important part of my life. I came to love strength building, flexibility, and cardiovascular training. Unfortunately, I broke my back at the age of 19, and that ended my gymnastic career. After surgery, body casts, and a year of rehab, I started over by going back to college and joining a gym. I started to love to help people create healthy lifestyle changes for themselves. I became a nationally certified personal trainer with NFPT. Now, I am ready to help you meet your specific goals! I know you can do it !!
