I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and physical therapy student. I am also a NASM Certified Personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder. I have been training clients for over 9 years. I have trained all types of folks from beginning a work out routine to advanced athletic clientele. I have worked with people engaged in physical therapy and sports orthopedic rehab.
