About Me:
I started exercising at an early age when I began gymnastics training. I continued with gymnastics into college. Athletics became an important part of my life. I came to love strength building, flexibility, and cardiovascular training. Unfortunately, I broke my back at the age of 19, and that ended my gymnastic career. After surgery, body casts, and a year of rehab, I started over by going back to college and joining a gym. I started to love to help people create healthy lifestyle changes for themselves. I became a nationally certified personal trainer with NFPT. Now, I am ready to help you meet your specific goals! I know you can do it !!

About Me:
As a certified personal trainer & group instructor, I first realized health & fitness as a teen in HS when trying out for the dance company. While rehabilitating from a broken leg I wanted more than anything to be a part of the dance team so I studied ways to strengthen my leg so I could be a strong contender. I recognized how important it is to heal yourself through positive thinking, rest, good nutrition, stretches & exercise & that’s stayed with me ever since. My passion is to be there for my clients to help them reach their goals. I make it fun so our time spent together goes fast & the workout, though strenuous, is a happy experience leaving my clients exhilarated & looking forward to our next session. What makes me different from other trainers is that I really love what I do & when you're that passionate about what you do, it’s much easier to motivate people to believe in themselves & their own strengths! So let's get started on our fun plan to getting you healthy and fit!
