About Me:
I am a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I studied Exercise Biology at Wright State University. I have been a personal trainer for 2 years with previous experience as an athlete in baseball, basketball, and soccer. I am also a Wellness Specialist for an assisted living facility. My goal and philosophy as a trainer is to show my clients that they can do things they didn't think were possible. Through this philosophy, I educate clients in order to make them comfortable and knowledgable in their workout routine. I expect clients to work hard and prove their dedication to themselves and be accountable for their development. A trainer can give you a workout, but it is you the client that performs the workout. I can help you lose weight, get strong, build muscle, and most importantly develop a healthy lifestyle. I will make sure that my clients get the best workout and advice they possibly can.

About Me:
Improve Fitness.
Maintain Wellness.
Prevent Illness.
I am the trainer you want if you have muscular, strength and flexibility issues that have prevented you from getting the results you desire. Chronic injuries depress us and leave us least likely to be active, much less think about getting healthier.
I bring massage therapy, occupational therapy and fitness together to bridge the gap between the person you are and the healthier you.
With 13 years of experience in health and fitness, my goal is to help those with difficulty achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle, as well as, provide populations with the tools needed to maintain and restore maximum movement and functional ability throughout their lifespan.

About Me:
I am proud to say that I have been working full-time in the fitness industry for over 25 years! I have seen fitness fads come and go,seen what works and what doesn't,and have motivated thousands of clients to make the changes necessary to become physically fit and healthy.I really believe that the key to seeing results in a fitness plan is to find out what makes my clients actually look forward to exercising. If they LIKE doing it,they will KEEP doing it,and consistency is what makes all the difference!I also specialize in Mind/Body fitness,so each program I design includes many ways to incorporate specific alignment techniques to help prevent injury, mindfully controlled movement to facilitate mind/body connections, and meditative components to help decrease stress and increase the production of feel-good hormones that leave my clients feeling energized and focused rather than depleted after a workout.Core strengthening, stabilizing and over-all flexibility keeps my clients' spines young!

About Me:
I started Training in 2001. In school I was addicted to the human science classes. Like most trainers I started working in an athletic club and it wasn’t long until I was booked (8- 10 clients per day). I was making very good money but I was concerned about my profession. Many of my colleges had no idea what they were doing, some were even hurting people. That was something that I could not live with. In 2003 I started working for a Physical Therapist and I have been there since. I continue to learn something new every day. I helped develop Power Sports Enhancement, a program dedicated to developing athletes. Currently help people everyday achieve their goals (everything from weight loss to a triathlon). I work with patients every day. I even work with the local high schools developing the young athletes. I have tons of experience in a clinical setting, how many other trainers can say that? My goal is to help, not cause more damage.
