I have a B.S. in Kinesiology and worked for the YMCA in Dallas for 15 years as a Fitness Coordinator and Wellness Director. The YMCA holds a special place in my heart. It was my second family... I met a lot of good people there and made some life long friends who helped mold me into the person I am today. My passion for health and wellness is very strong and I want to share that with others by helping people to lead a healthier lifestyle and have a better quality of life. I have seen fitness fads come and go,seen what works and what doesn't,and have motivated thousands of clients to make the changes necessary to become physically fit and healthy.I really believe that the key to seeing results in a fitness plan is to find out what makes my clients actually look forward to exercising.If they LIKE doing it,they will KEEP doing it,and consistency is what makes all the difference!I also specialize in Mind/Body fitness,so each program I design includes many ways to incorporate specific alignment techniques to help prevent injury,mindfully controlled movement to facilitate mind/body connections,and meditative components to help decrease stress and increase the production of feel-good hormones that leave my clients feeling energized and focused rather than depleted after a workout.Core strengthening,stabilizing and over-all flexibility keeps my clients' spines young!

My current specialties are in: senior citizens (improving cholesterol, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Arthritis Pain, Balance), marathon runners (Beginners to advanced), and those looking for extreme fat-/weight-loss results.
