About Me:
A complete exercise freak, I started as a dancer when I was only 3 years old, dancing with a company in Monterey, California until the age of 25, aerobic dance was the natural evolution. Joining the fitness industry in 1986, I have taught a variety of cardio and pump classes, from high -impact to cycling. I believe in cross-training, and mixing up your workouts this not only keeps the boredom at bay, but it keeps the body confused, therefore allowing your body to continue to obtain the results you are looking for. I train clients ranging in age from 20-70. My speciality is the ability to modify any workout for any body type as well as age. I care about my clients on a personal level and I am there to motivate and support.

About Me:
What makes me so into exercise and fitness? How about my own experience; Sports brought me into the fitness world. I used to be a professional badminton and basketball player. In those days, I trained 6 hours a day to become a more skillful player but after a severe injury from a game, I quit my career in sports. That didn’t stop me. Instead, I started to focus on finding out the right way to exercise.
I got my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science in California State University Northridge and I’m an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer as well. I have experience in training with a diverse population, such as people with disability (heatstroke, cerebral palsy, and multiple sclerosis patients), overweight, obese, high school basketball players and swimmers. Therefore, I am very knowledgeable about training people with different conditions. I’m looking forward to train you and help you change your life!

About Me:
I am a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I studied Exercise Biology at Wright State University. I have been a personal trainer for 2 years with previous experience as an athlete in baseball, basketball, and soccer. I am also a Wellness Specialist for an assisted living facility. My goal and philosophy as a trainer is to show my clients that they can do things they didn't think were possible. Through this philosophy, I educate clients in order to make them comfortable and knowledgable in their workout routine. I expect clients to work hard and prove their dedication to themselves and be accountable for their development. A trainer can give you a workout, but it is you the client that performs the workout. About Me:
I am currently pursuing my masters In Nutritional Science at California State University, Los Angeles. My goal is to become a registered Dietitian so I can combine diet and exercise to better aid my clients to live a healthier lifestyle and achieve their personal goal. While taking classes and working on my dietetic internship I work as a personal trainer at Muscles For Me, a private fitness facility in Torrance, Ca.
I learned from an early age that activity is an important aspect to living a healthy life. However, the teams I belonged to in gymnastics, soccer, volleyball, and softball taught me that whatever form of activity we do partake in it is important that we enjoy it!
