Hi, I'm Portia Page. I am a Master Pilates Trainer and Faculty Member for Balanced Body University. I train and certify people to become Pilates instructors in the US, SE Asia & Micronesia and am a Pilates and fitness trainer in Southern California. I have been teaching all types of fitness since 1992 and have traveled the world helping people reach their fitness and personal goals. Whether your goal is to run a marathon, or you are coming back into the fitness world after injuring yourself, or you are a weekend warrior looking for that additional "edge", or you are just starting to exercise, or even if you want to maintain our current fitness level...I can help you! Now, I specialize in mind body classes and private sessions that focus on posture, core strength & general well being. I get great satisfaction from seeing my clients accomplish goals that they thought were impossible. I specialize in a wide variety of training techniques and styles including Circuit training, HIIT, and Bodybuilding. I am very comfortable and capable of training both me and women of various ages and fitness levels.
