Channing is an exceptional fitness coach down to the core!! She obtained her Bachelor's in Exercise Science (Kinesiology) from James Madison University with an emphasis on Physical Therapy. She has maintained certifications in AFAA, NASM, AAAI/ISMA and seeks to extend her education with an NSCA certification as well. Channing comes from an incredible sports and fitness background with experience playing college level Field Hockey, Half/Full Marathon , and Triathlon training. She has been active in the fitness industry for 7 years helping individuals reach their personal goals with her skills as a coach and motivator. She believes that fitness is a combination of mind and body where your lifestyle reflects the body's desire to live in health! Hello and welcome to my profile! I am an International Sports and Science Association (ISSA) Certified Fitness Trainer. Fitness has been my passion and hobby for the last 10 years. I get great satisfaction from seeing my clients accomplish goals that they thought were impossible. I specialize in a wide variety of training techniques and styles including Circuit training, HIIT, and Bodybuilding. I am very comfortable and capable of training both me and women of various ages and fitness levels. About Me:
Fitness coach and co-author of “Kettlebells, Strength Training for Power and Grace,” Victoria D. Gray, ATC, MPA, CSCS surrounded herself with health and fitness from an early age as a gymnast and dancer. After broken bones, sprains, and strains, Victoria’s interest was piqued to learn how to help individuals and athletes return to a 100% activity. Victoria received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida with a specialty in Sports Medicine. Immediately following she moved to New York City and received her Graduate degree from NYU in Health Policy and Management. While in New York, Victoria became a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kettlebell Instructor, and managed a team of trainers at one of the top fitness clubs on Wall Street. She spent the last four years coaching and building her business in Northern California. Victoria has recently relocated to Chicago, IL.

About Me:
I have fourteen years of experience in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I am certified through A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) and A.C.S.M. (American College of Sports Medicine) and a member of IDEA. I’ve also enjoyed working as a group fitness coordinator, a training educator for the YMCA of the Pikes Peak region, and a spokesperson for SPRI products at local events. In addition, I have helped organize 5K runs, triathlons, and health fairs. In addition to current CPR and First Aid certifications, health and fitness related workshops and conferences, my training background includes: Pilates Matwork, Yoga, B.O.S.U., Spinning, Pre/Postnatal, Weight Management, and FitBalls. I am proud to say that I have been working full-time in the fitness industry for over 25 years! I have seen fitness fads come and go,seen what works and what doesn't,and have motivated thousands of clients to make the changes necessary to become physically fit and healthy.I really believe that the key to seeing results in a fitness plan is to find out what makes my clients actually look forward to exercising.If they LIKE doing it,they will KEEP doing it,and consistency is what makes all the difference!I also specialize in Mind/Body fitness,so each program I design includes many ways to incorporate specific alignment techniques to help prevent injury,mindfully controlled movement to facilitate mind/body connections,and meditative components to help decrease stress and increase the production of feel-good hormones that leave my clients feeling energized and focused rather than depleted after a workout.Core strengthening,stabilizing and over-all flexibility keeps my clients' spines young!
