About Me:
Anthony started personal training way back in college. For almost 18 years he's held numerous trainer certifications, worked in various settings including health clubs, one-on-one personal training studios, and in college settings with NCAA Div. I and II teams and professional athletes. He has trained in health clubs, studios and in his own home as well as clients' homes. He wrote a book on health and fitness as well as several articles. He's coordinated and ran a 46000+ sq. ft. full service health club to directing a much smaller cardiac rehabilitation unit and has taught personal trainer certification courses and oversaw college internships. But through all this he feels as though he's kept a level head and remained humbly down to earth and passionate about the field, his clients and their goals. He strives to continue to help others achieve happiness through the successful pursuit of their health and fitness goals and looks forward to hearing from you!

About Me:
Fitness coach and co-author of “Kettlebells, Strength Training for Power and Grace,” Victoria D. Gray, ATC, MPA, CSCS surrounded herself with health and fitness from an early age as a gymnast and dancer. After broken bones, sprains, and strains, Victoria’s interest was piqued to learn how to help individuals and athletes return to a 100% activity. Victoria received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida with a specialty in Sports Medicine. Immediately following she moved to New York City and received her Graduate degree from NYU in Health Policy and Management. While in New York, Victoria became a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kettlebell Instructor, and managed a team of trainers at one of the top fitness clubs on Wall Street. She spent the last four years coaching and building her business in Northern California. Victoria has recently relocated to Chicago, IL.

My philosophy starts with building on the basics. We all have busy lives and when it comes to fitness there is no quick fixes. I believe that a sound foundation in both training methodology and nutrition is the key to getting on the right path. Follow that up with a meal plan that can be exciting as well as meet your nutritional needs and you have a winning combination.
Like most people that have come to this site I wasn’t happy with one part of my life. I wanted to be healthier and stronger. Soon after I started training I found that I was growing quickly. I began training for a powerlifting competition. I maxed my bench press out at 325. I found that the more I lifted the better I felt.
I have found that when you have a fit lifestyle that you learn to make healthier descisions for yourself. The more you gain on your goals, the better you'll feel. That's when I decided to learn more about what I am doing, My goal is to help you achieve your goals to a healthier lifestyle.
