About Me:
I have a varied background in fitness. I am trained in classical Ballet, Equine Sports and bodybuilding. I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career four years ago and went back to college for a degree in Health and Fitness. I am a certified Personal Trainer through American College of Sports Medicine and last fall I completed a certification in PiYo. Currently I work at a gym in Bozeman as manager, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I work with a wide variety of clients from college students to senior citizens, first time exercisers to athletes. Due to my own injuries sustained in a car accident in 2003, I also have quite a few clients who are undergoing injury rehabilitation. I fully understand the impact that chronic pain can have both on your workouts and on everyday living. My main goal as a trainer is to help you achieve YOUR goals while keeping the process safe and fun!

About Me:
I have been a certified personal trainer for 5 years. I own and operate an In-Home personal training business in The Woodlands, TX that I started just over a year ago. I enjoy my job because I get to help people become the person that they truly want to be, inside and out. I have worked with clients that needed post-surgery rehabilitation, individuals that weighed over 400lbs, as young as 12 and as old as 72, people with multiple sclerosis, athletes of all ages and competition levels in sports from soccer, baseball, volleyball, football, basketball and track. My ultimate vision as a personal trainer is to instill a positive and healthy overall wellness for the client, regardless of their goals.

About Me:
A complete exercise freak, I started as a dancer when I was only 3 years old, dancing with a company in Monterey, California until the age of 25, aerobic dance was the natural evolution. Joining the fitness industry in 1986, I have taught a variety of cardio and pump classes, from high -impact to cycling. I believe in cross-training, and mixing up your workouts this not only keeps the boredom at bay, but it keeps the body confused, therefore allowing your body to continue to obtain the results you are looking for. I train clients ranging in age from 20-70. My speciality is the ability to modify any workout for any body type as well as age. I care about my clients on a personal level and I am there to motivate and support.

About Me:
What makes me so into exercise and fitness? How about my own experience; Sports brought me into the fitness world. I used to be a professional badminton and basketball player. In those days, I trained 6 hours a day to become a more skillful player but after a severe injury from a game, I quit my career in sports. That didn’t stop me. Instead, I started to focus on finding out the right way to exercise.
I got my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science in California State University Northridge and I’m an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer as well. I have experience in training with a diverse population, such as people with disability (heatstroke, cerebral palsy, and multiple sclerosis patients), overweight, obese, high school basketball players and swimmers. Therefore, I am very knowledgeable about training people with different conditions. I’m looking forward to train you and help you change your life!
