Director of Product Development

Summary of Job Requirements:

FitOrbit is looking for Director of Product Development to lead the strategic vision for the FitOrbit web and mobile platform as well as to work closely with the Engineering team to execute this vision. The ideal candidate is excited to use their experience in product development, analytics analysis and iterative development to help our customers live healthier lifestyles. They have a history of working with small teams to deliver simple elegant products. They also understand that technology is only one aspect of the product and have a history of managing the product holistically. This is a high visibility position in a fast moving company with big ambition around disrupting the fitness industry and helping to solve the obesity crisis in America.

Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum 4 Year Degree in Software Engineering, Marketing and/or Business Administration.
    • Past experience managing multiple successful products, at least one of which is a mobile product.
    • A passion for developing simple focused products
    • Expertise in communicating with all product stakeholders: customers, service providers, engineers, customer service, sales, marketing, management, etc.
    • Experience working on a small agile team doing iterative product development.
    • Superlative metrics, analytics and funnel optimization skills to maximize customer success
    • State-of-the-art skills in leveraging A/B testing and social platforms to positively impact marketing.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills – including marketing copywriting.

Enterprise Account Manager

Summary of Job Requirements:

FitOrbit is seeking a world-class Enterprise Account Manager to lead and execute all post-sales efforts with our clients. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing FitOrbit’s growing enterprise customer base. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as a positive and upbeat attitude to build satisfied and loyal and loyal clients, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:
    • Develop a sound account strategy for each client that clearly outlines business goals and action plans for ensuring customer success.
    • Design and lead onsite and digital awareness and enrollment events to drive maximum employee uptake of FitOrbit.
    • Create innovative engagement and rewards campaigns to ensure best outcomes for employers and employees alike.
    • Serve as a point of escalation for all customer requests, including troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
    • Maintaining up-to-date account metrics and reporting on each account.

Required Skills:
    • A 4-year Bachelors Degree in Business and/or health Sciences.
    • Minimum four years work experience leading client relations at large employers.
    • Proven expertise in enterprise healthcare, benefits and/or wellness sales and account management is strongly preferred.
    • A personal and professional interest in fitness is highly desirable.
    • Excellent organization and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Must be independent, detail oriented, ready to take ownership, and be a self-starter.
